Custom orders welcome. All my products are made with high quality and comfort in mind. I am very selective in choosing my materials and colors. They have to be comfortable and soft, not ‘itchy’ nor ‘scratchy’. I also believe accessories should be fashionable and fun, as well as functional. Fit is also very important in accessories, especially hats. Therefore, custom orders are welcome if you cannot find what you’re looking for here. If you are in a creative mood and would like to design your own hats or scarves by selecting and combining the colors you want, I will make it for you in the size you want. Tip for head measurements for Hats / Headbands (in inches or centimeters):
If you don't have a measuring tape, use a string to measure around the head above the ears and eye brows and where it protrudes in the back, then measure it against a ruler. Keep the string snug, NOT tight or loose.

SHIPMENT TIME
Most of my orders are custom orders / made to order (99%). Very QUICK Turnaround time (usually 1-3 business days). Orders are usually shipped (from USA) within two to three business days of payment receipt via First Class US Postal Service (USA destinations) with tracking information. However, during a high volume season and holiday season, it can take 7 to 10 days or more to make and ship after payment receipt. This applies to mother nature causes (ie, the PANDEMIC, severe snow storms or hurricanes, etc.). I ship very quickly (within 1-2 business days. However, the USPS may take up to 2 weeks or more to deliver during the COVID19 pandemic. Please convo me if you need an item for a specific date. I will do my best to accommodate. Priority shipping within the USA is available for a minimal additional charge. Please contact me for the extra fee.

I also ship / post international. Tracking information is not available for destinations outside of USA. It is available upon request for additional fee (expensive).

Face masks are only shipped to the USA.

For buyers from the EU - My shop only accepts return from buyers from the EU (European Union countries). Buyers from the EU must contact my shop within 14 days of receiving the product to ensure proper return credit. You may then return or exchange the unworn / unwashed / undamaged merchandise. You must return the item(s) to my shop within 30 days to receive proper credit.

Halloween items are not returnable. Swimwear is NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons. You will assume all shipping charges involved in the exchange or return, even for items that are included in the free shipping promotion. Occasionally, I pay for the fee to ship the new item(s) back to you. Please NOTE that for any return of promotional free shipping items, the customers would receive a refund amount of the purchase minus any shipping fee our shop has paid to ship the item(s).
